At Gina Ritchie Fragrances, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.
How to Request a Return:
- For any returns or inquiries, email us at contact@ginaritchie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fragrance arrived damaged or due to a shipping error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned fragrance, we will notify you within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
