7-Day Refund Policy for Gina Ritchie Fragrances

At Gina Ritchie Fragrances, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.

How to Request a Return:

  1. For any returns or inquiries, email us at contact@ginaritchie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fragrance arrived damaged or due to a shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned fragrance, we will notify you within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
